Excellent grasp of ASP .Net 2.0/C# and a decent grasp of SQL server. Good understanding of HTML/CSS (to make amends and fixes to existing pages without us needing a separate HTML dev.).  Ability to work on multiple (usually straightforward) tasks simulataneously with quick turnaround. Able to work within a variety of different, structured environments which may not be optimal for development and find solutions and ways around this. Good communication skills to speak directly with technical client where required. Preferably experience of working in a fast paced environment
